One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Our stay was a complete disappointment from the very beginning. We were initially given a room with an unbelievably tiny bathroom that was simply not fit for normal use. It was so small that an average-sized adult could barely move inside it. To make matters worse, we were given a twin room with two separate beds, even though we were staying as a couple. When we complained, the receptionist’s response was simply that “all the bathrooms are like this.” It was only after our travel agency stepped in and contacted the hotel that we were moved to another room. The second room had a slightly more usable bathroom, but it still had two separate beds and no view at all. The next day, we discovered that money was missing from our room. We reported the incident immediately, expecting the hotel to take it seriously. Instead, we were simply told that they had checked and found no issues. We remain convinced that the money disappeared while our room was unattended, yet the hotel offered no meaningful investigation, no reassurance, and no resolution. As if that wasn’t enough, the following day there was heavy construction work in the room directly next to ours. The constant drilling, hammering, and loud noise made it impossible to relax. When we called reception, the first response was, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” Only after we went down to the front desk and insisted on a solution did they offer to move us again. The “solution” was another room with the exact same problem as the first one: an incredibly tiny bathroom that is honestly not suitable for normal use. Anyone of average build would struggle to even turn around inside it. Between being assigned an unsuitable room, ignoring our request for a double bed, the disappearance of money from our room, the complete lack of customer care, and being forced to endure construction noise during our stay, this hotel failed on every level. I would never stay here again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, or professionally managed hotel.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were in poor condition, and I felt unsafe during my stay. Money went missing from the safe in my room, and instead of helping me seriously, the staff were dismissive and unprofessional. I trusted this hotel, but unfortunately my experience was stressful and upsetting. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for security, honesty, and good customer service.

From the moment of check-in, the hotel demonstrated a clear lack of organization and professionalism. Bathroom maintenance is unacceptable; the finishing is poorly done, with visible rough grouting and loose, poorly installed accessories. Despite booking a room for three guests, we were required to repeatedly request towels, water, and basic amenities for the third person on a daily basis. The restaurant experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were unprofessional, unfriendly, and unhelpful, which alone justifies the one-star rating. The buffet is well below acceptable standards, with limited variety and no chefs present at the buffet stations, reflecting poor management and low service quality. Although the hotel benefits from a good location and the room itself was clean, overall management is severely lacking. This property has significant potential but is currently poorly operated. In its present condition, it is not suitable for a comfortable stay and cannot be recommended.
