The Marmara Taksim

The location of the hotel is perfect. The metro station is directly across the street and there is also garage for cars with a vale service. Inside the hotel the atmosphere is elegant and quiet. Although the room itself was a bit small, it was clean and the furnishings were modern and we lacked nothing. Perhaps a small suggestion for improvement would be a little more storage space and counter space in the bathroom. We had also the possibility to enjoy the pool and gym. The price is also fair if you think about staying in the middle of the city. But the most exiting experience was with the front desk clerk Ahmed. He took very good care of us and answered our questions and requests to our complete satisfaction.

That was our second stay at the hotel. We were as usually pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. We were in a Club room and had the privileges it offers. On arrival we were greeted by Emir and Ali at the reception. They were absolute professionals who did their job professionally. They were ready to provide assistance in every aspect with a big smile and readiness to help. The hotel is in the centre of the Taksim square.You can either use public transport which is a few meters away,or take one of the numerous taxis. We were extremely pleased with our stay and will definitely stay there again on our next visit. And finally,a big,big thanks to Emir and Ali!

My mom and I had a wonderful experience at the Marmara. Service is great, especially at breakfast, everyone is very accommodating. Bedriye, our housekeeper, is a sweetheart. She is very personable and kind, always made sure our room was clean, cozy, and welcoming to return to. Overall, great stay and looking forward to coming back!
