Tugra Hotel

There’s nothing good in the otel. No cleanliness at all. Room smells like smoke, there was garbage in the balcony. No hospitality personnel arent professional. Very bad breakfast. Worst I ate in Turkey. Quality does not match the cost at all. Only its location is good.

Too much of noise from the neighbors all through the night, also noisy corridors. I bought this holiday from Musafir.com. The staff at the Hotel was helpful. The daily breakfast was simple but functional. The blue mosque(Hagiasophia) ; Basilica Cistern was awesome and so was the spice bazaar. Pamukalle was awesome and very picturesque too.(Carry your shoes in your bag, don't leave it at the entrance)

I was here during my visit to turkey in Nov 13. Nice place, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Staff were very helpful with suggestions on places to visit and tours. Breakfast was not very great. and they do not have a pool etc. But a value for for money place especially when you are on a budget.
