Victory Hotel & Spa

TO BE BANNED!!!! This is truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Istanbul, supposedly a 4-star hotel, while it doesn't even deserve 1 star!!!! The photos do not match at all!! This hotel is DIRTY 🪳🤮!!! From the first day, I had to change rooms because the one I had was filled with dust like never before!! The fridge and the TV did not work! There isn't even a soap holder, nor any other minimum bathroom items… I thought the second room would be better in terms of cleanliness, but it was even worse 😭 The dust was untreated, I found dead ants in between the 2 pillows, the shower drains poorly (in addition to having mold), which can flood the entire bathroom even if we close the sliding doors properly.... And the worst part is when I came across a COCKROACH 🪳 on the TV stand right next to where I placed my things 🤮 The walls are not soundproof at all (expect to hear all your neighbors' conversations as if they were with you….)… The pool is not maintained and has a foul odor 🤢… There is only one or two friendly people at the reception; the rest show NO professionalism (instead of finding a concrete solution (because being placed in a larger room does not solve the cleanliness and cockroach problem), they prefer to watch the game/or a series-movie and complain that I am disturbing them (all because I asked to sleep in a clean room without pests)… In short, a disaster; it is a 1-star hotel (and even that…) so run away and go instead to the BEYAZ SARAY OLD CITY ISTANBUL hotel, which is truly a clean, respectful, and professional 4-star hotel!!!

Fake 4-star hotel. Room spacious, too, and cold because of the window that does not close perfectly. There is an oil heater to heat but it is not enough, over I think not safety being a public place! Large but smelly bathroom beyond acceptable, shower full of mold between one tile and another. Narrow duvet for the bed always big but too x the blanket. The blankets in addition are full of yellow spots and therefore unusable. The only positive note is the sauna. Not the pool, always too cold!

An excellent hotel with an excellent location for both merchants and tourists with a tram line directly in the Pisa's tourist district and an excellent price compared to amenities with a pool, gym, and spa But his problem is that the restored bathrooms in the rooms are too old and the humidity is in many of the places in the hotel
