Villa Vanilla Hotel

Its a 3 star hotel but the rooms is ok. But the aircondition is not. Breakfast is also reasonable within the price range. My biggest issue was hotels.com is marketing this hotel with bigger rooms.

the most horrible hotel i have ever been inside. the service is very bad. customer service the worst. very dirty. water was cut off for a full day. beds are horrible. it shouldnt even be a hotel for dogs rather be for humans

The rooms and toilets were not fresh. The breakfast was bad and the worst thing of all was their manager. We decided to leave and she promised us our money back and we never got them back. We called them several time but they just acted like they didn’t know what we were talking about and until today we didn’t get a refund. It’s was bad service. The only thing good their was their receptionists. They were nice otherwise they fooled us.
