Although this is a historic building, it is impeccably maintained, ensuring the rooms remain in beautiful condition. Its location right next to the station, surrounded by numerous shops, makes it incredibly convenient. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. I highly recommend booking a room with lounge access, which allows you to enjoy complimentary light snacks and alcoholic beverages. While the standard rooms are lovely, the suites are truly magnificent; I stayed in a suite and was thoroughly impressed. Beyond the luxurious interiors, the view from the room was spectacular. The staff’s hospitality is warm and excellent. I will certainly stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Istanbul. As a Japanese traveler, I believe this hotel is cherished by guests from Japan and around the world alike. このホテルは歴史的な建築物でありながら、メンテナンスが優れている為、とてもお部屋などは美しい状態で保たれています。駅のすぐ近くに立地していて、周辺にも沢山のショップがある為、かなり便利なホテルです。 また朝食も美味しいですし、種類も豊富です。私のオススメはラウンジアクセス付のお部屋です。軽食やお酒なども無料で楽しめます。 またスタンダードルームも素敵ですが、スイートルームはより素晴らしく、私はスイートルームに滞在しましたが感動しました。スイートルームのお部屋の豪華さだけでなく、部屋から見える景色も素晴らしかったです。 またホテルスタッフのホスピタリティも親切で素晴らしいです。また次にイスタンブールに滞在する際は、私は必ずこのホテルに滞在します。私は日本人ですが、日本人のお客様にも、世界中のお客様に愛されるホテルだと思います。

This hotel is a total scam; the rooms they show in the photos have nothing to do with the ones they actually give you, and on top of that, when you try to politely tell them that the room you've been given is far below what they show in the photos, they don't offer any solution or they tell you to move to another similar one. A scam Rooms: 1/5 | Service: 2/5 | Location: 4/5 Rooms Do not trust what they advertise because the photos they show, at least of the standard room, are a lie. The bed is not King size; mine must be approximately 120 cm wide, the bathrooms are 2 square meters and look quite deplorable. Important details When I tried to get them to change my room, the receptionists' attitude was very evasive, telling me that it is what it is, and when I showed them the photos of what the chain advertises, they told me I was right but that it's take it or leave it. They moved me to another room with similar characteristics. Deplorable

For a 5-star hotel and in comparison with Europe, many things need to be improved. The carpet and the bathrooms are a bit old. On the other hand, the price is very reasonable and the location is good.
