The Green Park Hotel Merter

Attention! The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are old, run-down, and very ugly. The air conditioner isn't working; the room is so hot it's hard to breathe. The cleaning service is very inadequate; the rooms are not cleaned properly. The hotel staff were extremely rude and not at all hospitable to guests. This hotel definitely doesn't deserve 5 stars. In my opinion, even one star is too much. I definitely don't recommend it. Stay away from this hotel!

They denied the phone fee and asked me for a higher fee when I arrived at the hotel. It was late evening and I had to pay because I was tired. I asked on the phone if I wanted a smoking room, I walked around the lobby, they said we would help, and when we got in the room, no smoking was allowed in any of our hotel rooms, but if you were using it, they said for the glass side. The things are outdated, unmaintained, there is a parking lot to the houses, it was 175 cm tall, I walked in a company vehicle, I don't know how to get out, the ceiling could hit and I couldn't sleep all night out of stress. I thought there was a wedding the night after I couldn’t sleep from the music noise until 1 at night. I’m surprised to give this hotel these stars. Don’t come, don’t stay. A 5-minute hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at! Staff does not speak English Wi-Fi not available Gym down without warning Bad breakfast, there were not even tongs to take slices of bread, everyone took with their hands. If you don't like a savory breakfast, you will find very little sweet... jams, honey, bread, milk and cereals. Room not corresponding to the photos... we found blood-stained sheets, broken floor, dirty bed, broken bathroom.... Outside our room they started to putty a huge hole and I found crutches in the landing. A complete disaster!! The 5 stars stuck to them with glue!
