Byotell Hotel Istanbul and Spa

This hotel is close to the metro station.The staff are very good.Rooms are not so bad but the bathroom needs a good refresh. The breakfast was very good, containing different types of dishes (Eggs, pastries, cookies, cheese, bread etc) As a tourist in Turkey as was expecting to have the option for Turkish coffee instead of the coffee machine with powdered milk which I couldn't drink.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel during a business trip. Staff very friendly and always smiling. Great location near the metro that allows you to move independently without any problem, and great view from the upper floors (I was at 10) towards the city. The furnishings of the rooms are a bit dated and 5 stars seem very exaggerated, 4 are definitely more in line with the structure. Breakfast: I expected something better, rich in salty but sweet really little offer. Starbucks and other cafés are just a few steps from the hotel. There is also an indoor pool and a gym, but I have not visited them and can not review them. Recommended

I book this hotel due to convenient location for a business meeting. Single room was spacious enough with a huge and comfortable king size bed. Helpful staff from the very beginning, easy check in/out. However, hotel needs an urgent refurbishment to keep the category. Indeed breakfast is too simple, more variety should be a must.
