Very poor service at breakfasts. Cleaning staff refused to clear table so we could eat despite it being busy. Walked to table discussed amongst themselves and walked away without clearing. They did this to other patrons also.

Everything was amazing the room was clean the survive was fantastic the buffet was delicious and there was no noise

Rooms are spacious and breakfast was good, though there's a slightly stale smell in the hallways. Dinner however was wild. Four small burned patties, plain rice and a few dry potato wedges, all of it visibly straight from the freezer, then burned anyway, which takes talent. No sauce, no vegetables, no drinks either, no mercy. There was also a soup, and a chocolate pudding that had set into one solid block. Nobody at our table ate any of the food, and looking around, the other tables weren't exactly fighting over their plates either. Photo attached, judge for yourself. The only staff in sight was one young waitress who "couldn't speak English" — which, when you're serving food this bad to a room this unhappy, is obviously not an accident but a strategy. She was left completely alone to take the hits while the kitchen and management stayed safely out of sight. Judging by the other reviews here, this exact (!) dinner has been served and complained about for years. At some point bad food stops being a mistake and becomes the menu. What baffles me is the math. The rooms and breakfast are good enough to earn this hotel decent ratings — and management trades it all away, review after review, over this Twilight Zone disaster. A little effort is the only missing ingredient; honestly, plain grilled cheese sandwiches would have made this room happier. Instead they've found the one approach where the food goes in the bin, the guests go hungry, and the stars go down — and they've stuck with it for years lol. And if you're thinking you'll just book here and eat elsewhere, know that there are no restaurants or stores anywhere nearby. You're stuck with whatever you have left in your room. In our case, that was one bag of chips and a crying, hungry child. This is so wild.
