The hotel and restaurant''s location keeps you away from all the chaos and lets you unwind any minute. My advice is to have a food experience with a hotel stay. They’re already doing everything from start to finish to make sure the whole crew is happy and full of information. On average, if you pick up the tasting menu with the wine pairing, you might have a few ideas for all the flavors. I wanted to sample the extra palamuts and cenotes and highly recommend them.

Standout stone buildings on the perfection of nature, calming, furnishings chosen with each accent, foundation music, space-friendly lighting, light lava smell all over the hotel... We’ve been coming over the years, the property is growing and growing, but no newly added building has created the slightest incompatibility. The buildings that have been around since the beginning are never aged, the bathrooms shimmer like they were made yesterday (in a place that’s open 365 days, I can’t see how these treatments and renovations are magically done). All employees are polite, remote yet warm. They’ve received a education that’s obviously too good for an accident. The spa is small, but it’s enough for an establishment of this size, and the massors are skilled. Food is as good as you don’t want to fill and stop. This is the highlight of accommodations...

The business service is very ungrateful, Negative attitude to what we want. And the rooms are smelly... It's never worth the room and meal rates Expectations stayed out of line. A little service for a Michelin-starred establishment...
