Holiday Inn Sisli

The reception staff are rude and disinterested. If you ring down asking for very basic things, they have no manners. The waiting staff in the restaurant are mixed, some of them are absolutely lovely, the rest are rude and dry when spoken to. They seem to have a real attitude problem. We asked for milk for tea in our room teamaking facilities and they acted like we were asking for the lotto numbers, and then hung up. They aren’t friendly and I wouldn’t come back. The room was clean, the cleaning staff were very nice and did a good job, they put us in a room with a brick wall view and it was so claustrophobic. The people next to us checked out and moved to a hotel up the street. The staff roll their eyes and are so exasperated, such a bad attitude and poor training. The sandwiches were not nice, the meat was slimy and covered in fat. A sandwich and a few measly fries cost €15. A cocktail cost us €13 each. It isn’t an inexpensive place but that’s personal choice, neither here nor there. The breakfast has a lot of salad and cheese but only one cereal and hardly any hot food. It wasn’t brilliant.

Great stay at Holiday Inn Şişli! The hotel was excellent, but the biggest highlight of my stay was Mr. Samet. He was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to help me with everything. His positive attitude and exceptional hospitality made my experience much more special and comfortable. Staff like Mr. Samet are the reason guests want to come back again. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t wait until check-out to leave this review. The warm welcome, attention to every small request, and genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. Special thanks to Cinar for the amazing welcome and kindness, and to Sulaiman for assisting us in our language and making us feel comfortable. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very nice, but what makes it exceptional is the wonderful staff. My family loved the stay and
