Absolutely terrible service and a complete lack of any willingness to solve guests’ problems. The Wi-Fi in my room has not been working for three days. During this time, I have repeatedly contacted the front desk and asked them to resolve the issue. Every time, I get the same empty promises: “we’ll fix it,” “we’ll check it,” “it will be working soon.” Yet nothing has been done. What is especially frustrating is that the staff are fully aware of the problem but still make no real effort to resolve it. It feels as if once they receive your payment, they simply stop caring about the guests. If you expect decent service and basic respect as a guest, stay away from this hotel. For the price they charge, this kind of treatment is simply unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

It's an incredibly noisy hotel. No sound insulation between rooms. No sound insulation between floors. No sound insulation on the room door. No soundproofing on the windows. The first night I couldn't sleep at all. On the second day I changed my room but I couldn't sleep again. The noise from the street was unbearable.

The hotel is very new, clean and calm. Breakfast was top and all people working here are very helpfull. Room Cleaning is done everyday. All the reception team and kitchen teal were on the top of the expectations. I think what is missing is place with basic machines for gym, otherwise it was highly fulfilling my needs.
