We stayed at the Occidental Hotel for one week and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from every morning.
The staff were always polite, professional, and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Hassan Demir, who worked during breakfast service. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, and his warm attitude made our mornings even more enjoyable.
We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
