This place is a little gem; the incredible service and friendly, genuinely caring owner Mr Ali and his lovely wife really made me feel at home and were absolutely the most helpful people ever. The hotel is in a great, excellent location, very close to all the main attractions such as the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Sofia Hagia and its parallel to the coast if you fancy a walk in the evening. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the bed was really comfortable with lots of space to store your things. I will def come back again. Thank you Antik Sofia :)

I was there with my family on July 26, using booking.com. The experience was terible, as the owner did not describe his room that is a basement unit, without AC and in very poor condition. The whole property looked old and poorely maintained. There is a terrace but the owner treats it as his own space, disrespecting the customers by smoking and talking loud with his family. Never again.
