Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant overall. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive, and you feel warmly welcomed from the very beginning. The location of the hotel is ideal: Many sights and beautiful places are easily reachable on foot, such as the Hagia Sophia and the Sultan Ahmed Mosque. In addition, numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops are located right in the vicinity of the hotel.
Our room was large enough, very clean, and was thoroughly cleaned daily. The balcony with the beautiful sea view was especially nice. The view was a real highlight for us. The air conditioning was also very pleasant and ensured a comfortable room temperature. An elevator is also available, which makes the stay especially comfortable.
We would especially like to highlight the breakfast: The daily changing breakfast, with homemade Turkish delicacies, tasted excellent to us. Having breakfast on the terrace with the beautiful panoramic and sea view was an absolute highlight. A very warm greeting and a heartfelt thank you to the hardworking cooks who prepare a delicious breakfast every morning with so much effort and love!
The security also convinced us. The hotel is under video surveillance inside and out, which makes you feel very safe and well taken care of. Parking was also uncomplicated: You can park directly at the hotel or on a side street nearby; the area there is also under video surveillance.
At night, you can hear music from the neighboring restaurants. However, with the window closed, hardly any noise from outside penetrates the room, so you can still sleep peacefully. Overall, the hotel offers a very nice atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, a great location, a beautiful sea view, and an excellent breakfast. Due to the many restaurants and sights in the immediate vicinity, the hotel is an ideal starting point for exploring Istanbul. The price-performance ratio is very good. We felt very comfortable here and would definitely recommend the hotel.
