Bianco Residence Taksim

It was a hotel we accidentally found on our trip to Istanbul, and we went to it with a star. But we’re sorry. When I searched to confirm the free parking information on its page before heading to the hotel, it said it was available. We arrived at the hotel at 3 afternoon and parked in the second row in front of the hotel and when they went to the front desk, they asked for the key and said they would park themselves when it was available. It was 8 p.m. and the car was still in the same spot. One hour into the night, I found a hard-to-pay parking garage in Istanbul traffic and dropped it there. 2 days later, there was a traffic penalty due to parking. Plus, the hotel staff is very uninterested. Or tourists. I told them 3 times there was no TV in the room and no water heater for tea. He finally responded to me. There's nothing to do, said the technician. Can't pick up from another room!!! Unfortunately, the regret of receiving such an attitude because I am only a Turk. All that sets the room apart is ice-cold glass. I said it couldn’t be that rude, but it did. They say breakfast includes 3-4 breakfasts. A place I won’t pass through if possible!!!

Spending 4 nights at the property was excellent. Upon arrival up to departure, everyone was great ans welcoming. Arda, his mom and his team were exceptional. They respect your privacy and managed any issue if you have encountered the soonest possible. Arda's mom was a very sweet lady! Hugs to you, mom! I will definitely stay again and this time Arda has promised to assign a ground floor aprtment... hahaha. See you guys again!
