These guys are a big scam, the rooms are very dirty. Housekeeping is terrible, the bathrooms are really dirty. You pay a lot for this🤣 these guys are scamming don’t go here people. The owner and the staff are a big joke there is no thing as the client is the boss your opinion doesn’t bother these people…. Kisacasi ailenle iyi vakit gecirmek istiyorsan buraya asla adim basmayin cunku donunuza kadar alir bu dolandiricilar.

Excellent location, helpful and polite people always ready to assist, warm place even in snow :) The Taksim Square is 5 minutes walk. The road around was in repair and it was a bit dirty. Best wishes+

Very bad way to welcome your guests to your hotel, frown all the way. No elevator, room is very dirty, it’s smell like swag all the time, WiFi is very weak. The shower stinks and on the ceiling there is huge spot of fungus, many spider nets around the room and toilet, electrical plugs hanging out with wires in the toilet (was afraid to shower with all steam going on those wires) and they fill the shower gel in bottle of water (I did not take chances of using it and bought my own). The did provide TV, kettle and cups, cheap slippers and air conditioner worked a little bit. However furniture is dirty that u may get diseases by sitting on it. I booked this hotel because of good ratings but it is a Very very very bad I don’t want to give it even one star but this is the lowest rate I can give. Be smart don’t do my mistake. And don’t ever think about booking in this hotel. It’s a nightmare. The same group of four guys manage other properties and very careless to help, this hotel also goes by Taksim Trend Suites or something like that.
