The + first: - Good contact with the Owner’s representative. Helpful and nice. (Kenan bey) - Perfect location, direct view on the Bosphorus from the living room and from the master bedroom. Vibrant area with many restaurants. - Loved the little terrace under the fig tree with the neighbor’s lazy cat sleeping in the afternoon. - 2 bedrooms, perfect size for a couple with 1 or 2 kids. - Super safe location. Police station in front. - Taxi stand 2 minutes walk. - Best breakfast or brunch in town just 3 minutes walk (Kale Cafe). - Small but useful air conditioning. - Master bed is comfortable. - Washing machine, iron, dishwasher. The - : - The WiFi is unstable, not reliable and limited bandwidth. Impossible to work. The box is connected to 3 other cables (neighbors?) - Windows are single glass. The mosque nearby is loud. Not suitable for little babies who require silence. - The nearest metro station is 20 minutes walking distance up the hill and this area is jammed during weekends. - The apartment is a quite worn (cupboards not well maintained, ironing table heavily worn, windows not tight, etc...) - The kitchen is empty upon arrival. Would be nice to have at least a “starter kit” with salt and pepper, olive oil, mineral water... - Same for the toilet paper. - Amenities are cheap stuff. - Cleanliness is not perfect. I was said a cleaner would come every week. She came 2 times in 3 weeks and the result was below average. (E.g. Forgot to empty the bins...) - Towels not super clean, with some stains left after being washed. - The DVD player has no cable to connect to the TV! - Nothing provided for dishwashing (not a single sponge!) - no cloth for drying the dishes. No liquid. - I had to de-freeze the upper part of the fridge... full of ice. Probably not cleaned since long time... - Same for the carpet in the kitchen. I put it in the washing machine! Its colors came back! - Due to the above, found it quite expensive for the overall experience.

Perfect communication while booking and arranging key handover, pleasant location very close to Bosphorus, reasonably priced, clean and tidy, full equipment in the kitchen and bath room, nice BBQ patio, very good value.
