CVK Hotels Taksim

If I do go to Taksim Square again I would be very happy to stay at this hotel again. Ideally located for food, istiklal street, mosque and Metro. Very central, very well connected, the room hotel and staff are all very helpful and polite. Breakfast has a good variety in the morning. Really good spa as well.

We are extremely upset by the attitude of the hotel concierge. While we were waiting for our driver in front of the entrance, he denied us the right to stay in the shade for a few minutes, despite the intense heat and the presence of my 77-year-old mother. I explained to him several times that our driver was about to arrive, but it made no difference. On the contrary, he continued to speak to us in an aggressive tone, shouting and being disrespectful. This situation is all the more disappointing as we have stayed at this hotel more than eight times over the years. We expected to be treated with consideration and respect as loyal customers. Unfortunately, after this very unpleasant experience, we have decided never to return to this hotel again.

I just returned from Istanbul, the hotel is really excellent! Don’t listen to the shabby reviews!! I had chosen a superior room for my daughter and me on the 8th floor for the view of the Bosphorus (view to fall)!! The room was beautiful with glass overlooking the bathtub and bathroom but we knew how to hide it! Very nice staff, extraordinary pt already buffet with cook to cook eggs to our liking, really nothing to say negative, I do not understand these nasty and false comments! I am used to going to 5 stars and this one is a good part of it!
