Eskidji Suites Hotel Istanbul

We logged in on May 5, 2026. We left on May 6th. Since we had a patient, we requested a room for three people and they said they would add an extra bed. I also paid extra to check in earlier than the scheduled time. I also paid for the bed. The problem is that the extra bed wasn't brought out. I went downstairs a total of eight times, explained the situation, and they kept saying, "We'll bring it in 5 minutes, sir, we'll bring it in 5 minutes." They said your bed would definitely arrive by 11 pm at the latest. He still didn't come, so I fell asleep on the couch while waiting. I tried to speak with an authorized person this morning, but I was told there was no one available. I also mentioned that there were no bathroom slippers in the room. They said it wasn't available at the hotel, so they couldn't include it. In short, it's a disaster. I definitely wouldn't recommend this accommodation, especially for those whose hospital is nearby.

Thank the Restaurant Chef Nedim and Front Desk friends for their assistance. Thank you to Housekeeping Staff who clean my room daily.

Booking the rooms was easy and quick. I chose this hotel because it was near Florence Nightingale Hospital, where a family member was receiving treatment. I informed them of our arrival time. When we arrived, the rooms weren't ready. They apologized, explaining that the previous guest hadn't checked out by 12:00, which prevented cleaning. They asked us to wait in the lobby, where I noticed the leather seats were peeling and not repaired. After an hour, I grew frustrated and asked for an explanation. They offered excuses, trying to prepare two rooms that were difficult to get ready. In the end, they provided one room, apologizing for the second. When I entered, the room had a strong cigarette smell.
