Eterno Hotel

I didn't like this hotel from the moment I entered; the rooms are very small, I can't open my two suitcases, and I reported a breakdown in the shower stall, but unfortunately without the problem being resolved, and today the glass of the stall shattered; I have a hurt hand and foot, and I will send you a video later... The essential hotel to avoid based on my experience to date, unfortunately 😓

During our stay, my father pulled the shower door and the glass suddenly shattered, leaving scratches on his hands and legs. The hotel only cleaned up the glass and provided cleanser no doctor, proper first aid, apology, room change, or meaningful concern. This serious safety issue was treated like a minor inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel and hope management inspects the shower doors before someone else is injured.

Absolutely Not Worth the Price – Far From a 4-Star Experience I honestly cannot understand how this hotel is presented as a 4-star property. I am currently staying here, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. First of all, the so-called standard room feels more like an attic room than a proper hotel room. The ceiling is so low that you constantly have to watch your head to avoid hitting it. The room itself is unbelievably small. Once we put two suitcases and two bags inside, there is barely any space left to move around. You literally have to squeeze past the walls and furniture just to walk through the room. The bathroom is even worse. It is so tiny that entering it comfortably is difficult — you almost have to turn sideways. Even sitting on the toilet is uncomfortable because there simply isn't enough legroom. The minibar is another disappointment: it contains nothing except two bottles of water. Calling this a minibar is honestly generous. The elevator is also extremely small and barely accommodates guests with luggage. To make matters worse, there is only one elevator serving the entire hotel. On top of everything, both the rooms and the overall appearance of the hotel feel very old and outdated. There is simply nothing about this property that matches the expectations of a genuine 4-star hotel. For the price and for a four-night stay, this place is absolutely not worth it. Istanbul has countless better accommodation options. My honest advice: forget this hotel and look elsewhere. If you're considering booking this place, I would strongly suggest running in the opposite direction
