Excellent 10/10 We had my daughter and i amazing stay at Feronya Hotel! The hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained. The rooms are spotless and housekeeping is perfect every day. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we need. The food is so delicious! Breakfast was varied and tasty, everything fresh. And the location is perfect - near everything in Taksim / Beyoglu. No need for car. > ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Highly recommend Feronya Hotel! Brigide (room 211)

The hotel's services are comparable to those of a two-star hotel. In a four-star hotel, complimentary bottled water should be replenished daily, but here guests are charged for water every day. The breakfast is very poor. The front desk kept us waiting for three hours before giving us our room. The hotel's facilities and furnishings are worn out, and the tissues provided in the room were extremely thin. All of these issues show a lack of respect for guests. There are much better hotels available in this area.
