Grand Ons Hotel

This hotel was extremely uncomfortable, and the owners are dishonest. We checked into our room very early in the morning, around 5:00 a.m., and paid in full for our entire 8-night stay. However, as soon as we entered the room, we were shocked by the terrible smell. The air conditioner was blowing directly onto the bed, making it impossible to sleep comfortably and creating a real risk of getting sick. We immediately complained to the reception staff, who asked us to wait for the technician. He arrived about an hour later but simply told us that there was nothing he could do to solve the problem. We then asked for a refund because the room was clearly unacceptable. Instead, they deducted the cost of a full day even though we had stayed for only about one hour. This was completely unfair since the problem was caused by the poor condition of the room they gave us. We felt cheated. To make matters worse, the hotel is not clean, the rooms are extremely small, and the reception staff are not friendly or helpful at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

We are very disappointed with the staff's behavior, especially a person named Imran. He insulted us in Turkish and threatened to cancel our reservation and kick us out. We are a family and we are terrified by this behavior. I ask the hotel management to contact me urgently, please. The hotel rooms couldn't be worse. In Spain many hostels are much better. Bad maintenance, old, obsolete, dirty. Breakfast leaves much to be desired, machinery to toast broken bread. At reception, most do not speak English either.
