Hotel Broken Column

the only positive note is the hotel's location, for the rest I advise against it... very dirty, small, and damp rooms, we even found the toilet dirty with urine, old and malfunctioning air conditioners, dirty carpet, and furniture to be thrown away. I don't understand where those who left positive reviews are used to staying usually. It is even a "self-proclaimed" 4-star hotel.

Terrible experience, absolutely to be avoided. We paid a lot and felt cheated. The accommodation is totally different from the photos, which do not show the real details. Dirty apartment to say the least: old and dirty furniture, stained and smelly sheets, dangerous electrical outlets with exposed wires, outside of any habitability standards. Defective windows and unusable balcony, also because it is used to dump water with buckets, with the risk that it might be thrown on you. Dangerous stairs, narrow and without an elevator, a structure totally unsuitable for children, the elderly, or people with disabilities. At the entrance, right in front of the door, to welcome us we found a barefoot man, with his hands on his feet. An unhygienic and unwelcoming scene. The staff is also kind, but this does not compensate for the situation in the slightest. The most absurd thing: I saw the cleaning lady picking up dirt from the floor using a slipper instead of a dustpan. I have some photos as proof of everything. It is not a suitable place for anyone. Look elsewhere.
