"Never experienced such a terrible hotel before." Everything was old, broken, dirty, and simply disgusting. The whole hotel seems as if nothing has been renovated or properly cleaned for decades. Everywhere there was rust, damaged furniture, and an unpleasant impression right upon entering. The room was not even properly cleaned during the stay. One simply felt uncomfortable. The staff was extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. No proper greeting, no smile, no help – one felt completely unwelcome. At checkout, there wasn't even a normal goodbye or a "have a nice day." I have really rarely experienced such poor service. The pictures on the internet have absolutely nothing to do with reality. For this hotel, even 1 star is too much. Honestly, one would rather sleep under a bridge than spend another night there. Definitely never again and absolutely no recommendation."

Terrible hotel!!! TV's down, it's muddy, it's cold in the room. Some Sharpaean strange entrance. Kicked out of the room till 12:00. Then they came every five minutes. I don't care if it's a little kid. The girl on the front desk is rude. In the lobby she asked me to put a heater near the baby, she said very rudely no..., for that price is very, very expensive. Not recommended!!!!

Unfortunately, the stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The staff were extremely rude, careless, and manifestly disrespectful to guests. It was almost impossible to ask for help with anything. The condition in the bathroom was unacceptable, and the walls and corners were markedly profane, which is a serious issue both for hygiene and health. While we polished the issue and requested a Newbie room, we were encouraged to cancel directly instead of creating a solution from start to finish. Looking suddenly for a Newbie hotel during a vacation is extremely stressful. We also obviously didn’t want to stay any longer because health is important to us. When we reported the shower leaking water, we encountered an unfriendly, inappropriate attitude. Instead of solving the problem, they suggested dumping old towels as a temporary “solve,” which is an unacceptable approach. Despite all this, there were no apologies. Overall, this hotel is absolutely no Recommendation in terms of cleanliness, quality of service, and professionalism!!!
