Lausos Hotel

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. This "hotel" is easily the worst hotel in Istanbul and also VERY dangerous to stay in. Live electrical wires hanging out everywhere in the room, lights flicker and some don't even work and the room smells of old food some of which we found in the fridge on our arrival from a previous customer. Toilet seat broken amongst other things in the room. Beds very uncomfortable and almost impossible to sleep on. The room was freezing in the middle of the night and reception refused to turn the heaters even though we have a 10 year old daughter staying in the room. Breakfast is pathetic and very minimal and nothing like the photos. Staff not interested in the problems in the room or the entire hotel and to top it all off the hotel scammed us out of 40 euros for a taxi that was included in the stay even though I showed them proof from Booking.com.

We checked in on 16.07.2025 at this hotel .the first thing we noticed was this zero attitude towards guests .no one helped with the suitcases . On the first day of check-in we were not entitled to breakfast ,okay .at the moment we are here 5 days ,for breakfast we get every day the same, namely- 5 eggs ,8 pieces of sausage, jam 2 kinds ,cereal 2 kinds ,8 pieces of cheese ,5 slices of tomato and 5 pieces of pickle . Us 5 people .hotel really thinks a person can eat the same thing for 5 days?where are all those breakfasts listed in the photo on the website? In the bathrooms there is mold ,the rooms are unrealistically small that two fragile girls find it difficult to accommodate .there is a TV in the room,but neither cable nor smart TV .and views from the window to the neighboring houses. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone,this is the first time I've seen a service, and the most interesting thing is that we only saw one guest in 5 days of arrival here.

No air conditioning or VMC to renew the air, breakfast is a joke, the majority of rooms have no view, even do not disturb signs on the doors, bed too small, in short the public price displayed between 200 and 400€ is a joke. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars
