Levent Hotel

I stayed at Levent Hotel for about two weeks and was very pleased with my stay. This is my second stay here and I am leaving just as satisfied. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Kemal Bey and Mahmut Bey, in particular, were very helpful in every way, always approached things with a solution-oriented mindset, and made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff in the breakfast area were also extremely polite and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tidy. The presence of a kettle in the room, complimentary tea and coffee, and free water also made the stay more enjoyable. The hotel's location is also very advantageous. Transportation options are excellent, and there are many shopping centers in the immediate vicinity. A warm and high-quality hotel that truly values ​​its guests. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I just finished a 6 night stay at the Levent Otel and have nothing but words of thanks. My visit to Istanbul was for a medical intervention, and I could not choose a better place for my recovery. Best of the experience: Human Services: The deal was just fantastic. The staff offers personalized attention that makes you feel at home. As part of my postoperative period, I needed ice constantly to reduce the inflammation and it was provided at all times with the best of smiles. Breakfast: Unbelievable! Lots of variety and delicious. It's the best way to start your day. Facilities: The rooms are very spacious, maintain an ideal temperature (something key to resting well) and the cleanliness is impeccable. It really has been a luxurious stay. Location: Unbeatable. It has a shopping area very close where you can find everything: shops, pharmacies and services, which is super practical. A little suggestion: If I had to say something to improve, it would only be to renovate the carpet of the entrance for a more modern one to match the excellent level of the rest of the hotel. In short, we loved the stay. If you are looking for a place to take care of you, with good facilities and well located, this is the place. Fully recommended!

There is no restaurant here even though it’s advertised on website and in room. There’s menus in room for restaurant that isn’t here. The free breakfast is terrible with deli meat as only meat option. If you’re having surgery and need a restaurant with food don’t choose this one. If you don’t like cigarettes don’t come here, the employees smoke all day with hotel doors open and it comes in hotel. I checked out two nights earlier because it was so bad and they wouldn’t give me a refund. Stay somewhere else!
