Louis Luxury Suite Appartements

Great location 1 min from the Galata Tower and close to the tram. Everything is easily accessible. The neighborhood is very cute. Bakery and small supermarket 1 min away. The bedding is good, but the bathrooms are very dated. The kitchen could be a tiny bit better equipped (sponge, dish soap, dish towels). Be careful, the rooms on the street side are noisy. It’s okay but not luxury.

We walked into the room and realized we could not stay. The soundproofing is nonexistent - we could hear everything from the lobby, upstairs, and the street. We informed management immediately, hoping for a reasonable solution. Instead, we spent the entire day trying to get a refund so we could relocate elsewhere. They told us our 4 days of payment would be completely wasted if we left. Their only "solution"? Pay double to move to a higher floor, which wouldn't fix the soundproofing problem anyway. After hours of discussion, they refused any refund and hid behind the nonrefundable policy rather than acknowledge their hotel's obvious problems. The welcome was pleasant, but that's it. Cannot recommend.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in Istanbul (our first stop on our first trip to Turkey), and couldn’t have been happier with our choice of hotel. The room itself was comfortable and had a useful kitchenette, the location was wonderful, but what really stood out to me was the staff at the hotel. From the minute we arrived, I felt so welcomed by the staff, and they encouraged us to sit and relax while they offered to help us with any plans for our trip or with any questions we had. Throughout our stay, it was really nice chatting with them and I also really appreciated their advice on things to do and how to get around. They also arranged very nice airport transfers for us, both from the airport and back to the airport. We hope to come back to Turkey again and if we do, we would love to stay here again!
