Mercure Istanbul Umraniye

Gulten was exceptional. Always made sure i had clean linens, water and tea. She also brought me extra pillows for my recovery. She was very kind and went above and beyond my expectations

Service done by Sofia was amazing.

Everything was great; Asiye was a super nice helper, always friendly and accommodating, always in a good mood. We are very satisfied with Asiye as our room maid; she took great care of everything in the room. She took great care of everything in the room.
