Midmar Deluxe Hotel

Disgusting hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — these stars, it seems they assigned them to themselves. I stayed at Midmar Hotel in Istanbul from 26.07 to 01.08.2026 and it was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences. On the first night, the temperature in the room was about 16°C, and there wasn't even a sheet to cover up with. In the closet I found a dirty blanket and only with it was I able to warm up a little. Next - point by point: • the hairdryer is not working; • shampoo dispenser is broken; • outlets are falling out of the walls; • the floor, apparently, was not washed at all; • after my request to mop the floor, I was spat on in the room — this is absolutely unacceptable and humiliating behavior; • windows are dirty; • no hangers; • SPA is not working; • the light fixtures are literally falling; • fungus in the soul; • the toilet was dirty, with yellow stains. And that's not all. After my email requesting a refund for the accommodation, I have not received any response. The hotel's complete disregard for the situation only strengthens the negative impression. I saved photos and video recordings confirming the condition of the room and everything mentioned above. Unfortunately, Google does not allow me to upload photos due to the format, although I want potential guests to see the real living conditions. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Before booking, I strongly advise you to carefully study the reviews and photos from guests. For me personally, the stated level of the hotel does not correspond at all to the actual condition of the room and the quality of service. Midmar Hotel, Istanbul - an extremely disappointing experience.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly pleasant and welcoming. The food was great, and the gym and spa facilities were amazing. The restaurant team were fantastic and always available if you needed anything. I had a variety of food and I was not disappointed. The buffet breakfast takes a bit of getting used to, but for a small extra cost you can order an omelette, which is worth it. I would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so enjoyable.

Excellent experience, the staff is super welcoming and very helpful , the food is very varied and of very good quality, the location of the hotel is ideal , lots of shops and restaurant nearby, I highly recommend this hotel...
