Nena Hotel

My experience has been perfect and wonderful. This is the second time we have returned to this hotel and I must say that it is a hotel that should have 4 stars since it has everything. It is 5 minutes from the Blue Mosque and above all because of the reception and breakfast STAFF. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. They are charming and very kind.

We arrived at 9:30 PM and got the last room, even though we had made a reservation via Booking and specified that we wanted a quiet room. We slept very poorly because the room faced the courtyard, right in front of an electrical generator!! HORRIBLE noise all night long despite the double glazing... Reservation for 2 nights, so the next day they offered to upgrade us to a room with a balcony on the street side. We decided to find other accommodations. The photos of the rooms match the photos. A hearty breakfast was included in the room price, but in the end, we would have preferred to pay for breakfast and sleep in peace at another hotel.

It's in a very central location for those who want to stay a few nights in Old Istanbul. A nice 3-star hotel. The views from the rooms at the front and on the upper floors are worth seeing. If you're staying in one of the back rooms, you don't have that chance. Whether you go with your family, alone, or with a group of friends, you won't regret it; it's a wonderful establishment. Prices naturally vary depending on the room's location, view, and level of luxury. Breakfast is a buffet and sufficient. The staff are friendly and helpful in resolving problems. It left a positive impression on me and made me want to stay again. You can find more affordable accommodation outside of the peak season.
