Pera Capitol

Perfect stay; the staff was very kind at all times, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the location was unbeatable, just a few steps from all the points of interest. Without a doubt, it exceeded my expectations, and I would stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul.

The people who work there are very kind very respectful and kind I enjoyed spending 10 days in this hotel I felt safe knowing that I was alone the hotel always open no matter what time I came back

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. I was violently awakened at 2:30 AM by staff banging on my door and yelling for me to check out. This was not just disruptive; it was terrifying. I felt unsafe and completely disrespected as a guest. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by the staff was appalling. Instead of providing a welcoming environment, they created a situation that was both stressful and humiliating. I’ve never experienced such a lack of basic hospitality in my life. I genuinely hope this hotel goes bankrupt. They clearly don’t care about their guests, and it shows. The staff should face the consequences of their actions, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.
