The hotel staff especially the bell boy Kadir and the elderly gentleman at the reception were very accommodating. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who kindly agreed to hold my luggage while we flew off to antalya for 3 days You see our tour was to begin on 11th April but we were in Turkey on the 7th April. We stayed in crowne plaza old city for a day then we walked over to ask if Yigitalp hotel could hold our luggage till the 11th as we were flying to. Antalya on pegasus and there was a limit on our luggage. As our tour was starting at yigitalp on the 11th. They kindly agreed once we showed them proof of our impending tour. It may seem like a small gesture but to us it was above and beyond their duties. Thanks to them we had a stress free trip to Antalya. Kudos to them.
