Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu

Nice hotel next to a busy road. I came to have dental surgery at Smile128, got to the hotel at 03.00 am reception welcomed me, only information I got was breakfast from 06.00-10.00 nothing else. Only English person here, very little English is spoken by the staff. Unlike at the last hotel Hampton@Hilton. Only good thing is the swimming pool, but next to the road very noisy. Management, would have been nice for information as what goes on in the hotel. But being a solo, probably I don’t matter to them. Hopefully as Clinic128 has just started using the hotel things will improve, as there will be more solo patients. Everywhere is clean and comfortable, rooms could do with refurbishing. One negative cleaner for room in first few days, going off nearly demanding money.

Location, cleanliness, welcome, restaurant are superb.

The staff are highly trained. The housekeeping and restaurant staff, Ms. Esin, Ms. Güliz and Ms. Hira, Kerem and the others, deserve praise. I am looking forward to staying there again.
