A disaster! It’s best to turn off Google reviews during summer season first, but there’s plenty of room to review:) In such a beautiful location, this is the only way to do so. We wanted to stay at the hotel just to take a shower and sleep. We were reluctant to take in the shower, the bathroom. We didn’t even feel like sleeping in bed. The cleanliness of the pool was insufficient too, so we had to go in and out. And the slides that appear on the photos on the Google page also belonged to the next hotel, but they were not aware of them. Will I remove any extras added to your page? I don’t understand how you can keep going so irresponsibly. Renovating some old-fashioned shouldn’t be that hard for a money-worthy space. It’s also a complete price failure. I handled for £2000/day from the front desk. Then I looked at the internet rate and said it was 1700. The lady at the front desk said you can’t try Reservation from there, and of course I made the necessary adjustments on my computer as I tried. The price suddenly returned to normal. By chance, the price fell to 1700 again within the first hour, and 1600 again within two to three hours. This time I proceeded to make a Reservation without notice, and of course it was possible. What do you people think! Go and live up to three penny! Thank you for your attention, interest, and laughter at the front desk. After all, people who do well can always be everywhere. Anyway, don’t miss the word.

This place is a typical example of somewhere looking completely different to photographs. On our first day, we saw a giant toenail on the floor on the way into the restaurant- this pretty much set the scene for the rest of our stay. Bathroom was really gross, never cleaned, wall stained behind toilet brush, really gross. Shaving hair on the shelf in front of mirror on day we arrived, and wasn't cleaned away for whole 7 nights of our stay even though we repeatedly asked for the room to be cleaned. By night 5, bed linens still not changed so we stripped the bed ourselves, only to be greeted with a giant urine-stain. We complained immediately to reception. They refused to move us rooms or replace the mattress and we had to re-make the bed and sleep in it for the final 2 nights. Only good thing about this hotel is the little bus that cones directly past the hotel and drops you to Ilica/ Alacati. Other than the hotel, we loved Cesme and would return, but not to this hotel!

Very high quality to price ratio... They have excellent service both for accomodation and catering... They have a small outdoor pool. The bar after dinner is very enjoyable. The buffet is very very tasty and sufficiently rich.. Very nicely located and in a walking distance to the city center.
