Dalyan Residence

It was purely a disappointment: the beach staff completely ruined my vacation by discriminating me as being a solo traveler. Despite repeatedly explaining my need for a shaded sunbed due to health reasons, I was forced to sit in the sun, and no proper spot was provided. The few shaded areas were allegedly reserved for potential outside guests who would pay entrance fee. A staff member verbally harrassed me several times to remove me from the sunbed I used, shouting that I was solo and could not have any of the shaded sunbeds (!) and should immediately leave the spot and sit in the restaurant area. She was extremely rude and even humiliated me by shouting in front of everyone. Despite reporting the issue to management, no action or apology followed and the hostile attitude of the beach staff continued. Apparently the hotel prioritizes outside visitors over guests on the beach. I regret wasting my money and time here as I had paid an excessive amount for the hotel thinking that it had a beach. Avoid this place if you want a peaceful vacation and professional service.

We just stayed three nights and Nihan the manager made our stay so lovely. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. The private beach area is fantastic. The breakfast each day was superb. Staff were helpful and Nihan was just a fantastic host. Thank you again Nihan

If you are seeking tranquility close to nature this hotel is the best. Location is super with respect to adjacent spots,( i.e Alacati, Cesme, Llice) and distinctive with respect to direct sea view and adjacent to the marina. Hospitality is very high, you could feel home.
