Grand Ontur Hotel

Nice hotel, friendly staff... two issues that upset me were that they don't speak English and communication was difficult, and our bathroom smelled very bad, although the room was very good. I think that in a hotel, there should be knowledge of other languages.

We spent our 10-day family vacation with two children here. We had a few minor dissatisfactions at the beginning, which were immediately taken seriously and handled differently. The guest services manager is a totally accommodating and competent woman. She came by the room personally, introduced herself, and asked if there were any other points that would meet our expectations. Everything was addressed immediately and provided to our satisfaction. The manager even had raw food prepared and served in the room for our son, who had become ill. Truly top-notch!

Very nice hotel, but I think it is neglected with the passage of time as it has noticeable damage in general like the tiles on the walls and generally it seems that it is not as careful as it should be a 5-star hotel
