I can't find much to say after spotting the hair of flies on the food at breakfast. One day, the self-service was determined by the crowd.... The rooms are pretty small and clean. Sea distance is close. The cleanliness of the room is good, the balconies are small enough for 2 people to stand up.

We stayed for 2 nights. Very clean, price performance hotel. The location is in the centre. The staff is very caring and solution oriented. The breakfast is good. We had no problems. We can recommend. If you are looking for an affordable place in Ilıca, you can choose

Humble little boutique hotel in an excellent walking distance location close to Ilıca beach. No-frills but basics are sound and satisfactory. Clean rooms, smells good. Beds are firm and decent quality. AC, Wi-fi, etc. works without problems. Bathrooms are clean with hot water although shower cabin is a bit cramped. Comes with buffet style breakfast, clean fresh choices. Basic but tastes good. Best of all, the staff is very polite, respectful and helpful.
