ILICA SPA & WELLNESS

Everything was wonderful. We especially thank the housekeeping manager, Şükrü Demire, for the hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms. A big thank you to the beach waiter, Kamil Can. Hopefully we'll see you next year.

Despite being very crowded, we had a great time with the friendly staff and professional team; the service quality, cleanliness, and food were excellent.

Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, and we actually managed to check in at 3 PM. We sat at reception for two hours; it was the first time I'd ever checked into a hotel room at 3 PM. Also, there were communication problems with room cleaning; the room wasn't cleaned even after we mentioned it in the morning. Furthermore, it wasn't mentioned until we checked in that the aqua park was not free. 👏👏
