Kostem Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel is very nice, clean, and perfectly located in the center of Alaçatı, close to all the lovely restaurants, cafés, and shops. It is also only about a 7-minute walk from the bus station, which was very convenient. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. A special thank you to Selpar, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Whenever we asked for recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, or things to do, she always gave us the best suggestions. She also helped us with booking trips and activities, which made everything so much easier. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. Everything was fresh and very well prepared. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alaçatı. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent experience in this hotel. From the breakfast, always very complete and delicious, to the quiet, cozy and elegant atmosphere, everything was thought out to the detail. The room was very comfortable, clean and with great conditions. A special thanks to Serpil and Efe, who made our stay even more special with their sympathy, attention and availability. We came from Uşak for the herb festival. We stayed for 1 night as two families. We really liked their attention and care. We were very pleased. If we go to Alaçatı again, this would be the hotel we would stay in without hesitation. This is a clean, very sweet hotel. Thank you for everything. 🙏🏻 ❤️
