Anemon Cigli

We stayed for one night on July 23rd. I never imagined that a hotel under the name Anemon would be so dirty and have such poor service quality. We checked in around 10 pm, a room on the 5th floor. As I walked to my room, the carpet in the hallway looked as if it hadn't been swept for days. The room is of standard quality, but the cleanliness is terrible. The inside of the toilet was bright yellow, and when we went to reception to ask for a replacement, we were told it was due to stubborn limescale stains that wouldn't go away. They showed us another room on the same floor, but it was the same. Leaving aside the toilet, which allegedly had a persistent limescale stain, the sliding doors of the shower cabin were lying on the floor with one side broken, preventing them from closing. Black mold on the edge As it appears in the photograph. A hotel might be old, but it shouldn't be this filthy. Besides, I'm a hotelier myself. I simply cannot explain such a lack of service. There's no stain that can't be removed with a little chemical. Moreover, these molds aren't something that's permanently stuck and won't come out. Even if it doesn't come off, it's not difficult for a technician to scrape off the silicone and reapply it. The air conditioner cover was placed on top of the broken panel; it only fell off when we tried to adjust it, and it wasn't really adjusted anyway, it just had an on/off switch. I really can't believe how this room was given permission to be there, and how the headmaster or manager didn't say anything about it. We didn't check out the next day because we had an urgent doctor's appointment, but it's a hotel we will never, ever go near again.

There's no valet parking at the hotel, only one bottle of water in the room, the mini-bar is empty, the bar and kitchen close at 12:00, and look at how filthy the toilet is!!!

I stayed here for 6 nights and it was lovely rooms are clean and staff really helpful only one problem spa staff not to helpful and the jacuzzi was not working. Was good food here and only 1.50 for room sevies will recommend this hotel xx
