Stayed in this hotel for 1 week while my husband had his teeth done with dent232, dentist was amazing the only thing that ruined the experience was this hotel. When you first walk in through reception everything looks clean and smells lovely. Then you go in to the rooms and your back and for reception because your card dont work, room was only cleaned twice the whole week I had to go and ask for toilet paper and clean towels a few times, also antibiotics were taken by the maid and reception didnt say anything just said ok can barely speak any english. Pool was fousty we complained to the dentist a few times and they told the hotel nothing happened, it was over 40 degrees and we couldnt even cool down in the pool I had to fill empty bottles of water and pour it over us to cool down, staff walked passed the pool seen it green and was laughing they eventually emptied it 3 days before I went home and it still wasnt completely empty when I left, looked like a builders site such a shame because they could make that into a nice seating area bit of entertainment pool bar open they would earn more money. Only god send was that the air con was awesome in our room, i think this hotel let's the dentist down big time they bring so much business their and they dont accommodate tourists needs. The breakfast is a joke cant even have a piece of toast all thats their is salad eggs and cereals with a small variety of fruit. Very disappointed with my stay especially the pool situation in 40 degree heat 🥵. WiFi was horrendous only worked by the pool so glad I didnt bring my children nothing to do around the hotel very boring.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The only positive aspect was the friendly and helpful staff. I booked this hotel mainly because of the pool. I was all the more disappointed when I had to realize that the pool was so dirty and unkempt that I couldn't even use it. The first room assigned to me was also in very poor condition and had an unpleasant smell. At my request, I did receive another room, for which I am grateful. Nevertheless, I find it unacceptable that such rooms are made available to guests at all. The entire facility appeared unkempt and somewhat filthy. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations at all. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms they sold as "deluxe rooms" are terrible; the air conditioning doesn't work, they gave us two separate beds even though they knew there would be two of us, we had to put them together, there's a bathtub but it smells and is covered in hair, the cleanliness, hygiene and service are awful, and they're supposed to be a hospital hotel, it's really awful.
