Our stay with my family was wonderful. The staff were professional, and the room cleaning was done very well. We are thinking of coming back again with our family.

We can say this is the best family hotel you can go to in Izmir. I don't know where to begin, the breakfast, the meals, everything was wonderful, the staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Ms. Berra from customer relations, who met our requests with a smile every day. Ms. Selin at the reception and the gentleman who was the reception manager were very polite. Every detail has been considered to ensure your comfort at the hotel. Its proximity to the airport and other districts is another advantage of the hotel. We were initially planned to stay at the hotel for two days, but we ended up staying five nights. If we had more time, we could have stayed even longer. This hotel is now something we can call our home in Izmir, and we thank all the staff.

Very nice thermal hotel. Comfortable and nice rooms with beautiful views of the gardens, the pool, and the sea. There is another thermal pool, indoor and outdoor. The breakfast is excellent and the buffet dinner is very good. It has very nice bars. Very good facilities and staff attention. We were a large group with a tour and the check-in and check-out were super fast.
