Kaya Izmir Thermal & Convention

Having previously stayed at Kaya İzmir Thermal & Convention and been very satisfied, I brought my parents, who suffer from knee pain, there this time for them to rest and find healing. Compared to many other hotels, this establishment is definitely far ahead in terms of service quality and friendliness; one feels as if they are in a familiar and warm family environment. In addition to the thermal facilities, I would also like to thank the wonderful staff who made our stay perfect. From the bakery section, Master Rahmi, with his expertise and the special treat he gave to my parents, In the mornings, Mrs. Meryem offers wonderful omelets and a warm welcome. Mr. Metin, with his energy and attentiveness, never let us run out of tea for a single moment during our service. Our young intern, Mr. Emre, has earned our admiration with his respect and diligence. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the friendly housekeeping lady who meticulously cleaned our room on September 7th. A hotel you can choose with peace of mind, one you'll want to return to again and again. I recommend it to everyone.

I felt a positive energy from the moment I entered the hotel. I was greeted with very friendly and sincere attitudes. None of the staff had any artificial movements or smiles. The kitchen staff, reception, floor managers, and guest relations personnel were all individually friendly and sincere. I would like to thank Berna from guest relations, Bahar from the restaurant, Chef Veysel, Mehmet Ali Bey, Muhammet Bey, Mehmet Aslan Bey, Mehmet Gedik Bey, Chef Rahmi, Manager Murat, Selin and Rabia Hanım, Okan Bey, Havin Hanım, Necla Hanım, and floor manager Güler Hanım, Aykut Bey, Erhan Bey, Chef Nejdet, and Kamil Bey. I thank everyone individually. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and all the staff are friendly and sincere, making me feel at home.

We love the hotel so much that we come back every year. The staff are very friendly and polite, the service is excellent, and we especially love the pool :) We really appreciate Berna Hanım from guest relations, who made our stay even more enjoyable :) Many thanks to the housekeeping staff, Bahar Hanım from the restaurant, Kıraç Bey from the pool service, Meryem Hanım who made our omelets, Rahmi Usta and Chef Nejdet Usta for the delicious pitas.
