Not to mention the lady at the front desk is extremely rude and the bathroom is very clean. It’s a hotel I’ll never visit again

Our flight was delayed to Tehran so me and 8 different family members had to find a hotel to stay the night there. We chose this hotel. Once we got a room the staff were rude and said if we make noise they will kick us out of this hotel. although the rooms were good, the soap machine didn't work. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. we stayed there for 1 night and no breakfast but they still charged us 108 dollars. it is the worst hotel on the street. (Out of 8 hotels).

The hotel is very old. It dates back to Christ. Which century are we living in? There is still no room card. After all, there is such a thing as an electronic magnetic room card, but I think this hotel has not been visited yet. + the employees at the reception are very disrespectful and very inadequate. Customer satisfaction is not taken into account. It is ignored, so I do not recommend it in any way and never stay there again. There are much better, higher quality hotels in Izmir!!! In my opinion, it doesn't even deserve a point!!! 👎🤮 I definitely do not recommend it!!! Das Hotel ist Die reinste Katastrophe! As long as it doesn't get worse, it doesn't work anymore. Es gibt nicht einmal in eine Zimmerkarte. In welchen Zeitalter leben wir das es noch Schlüssel gibt, wo man das Zimmer Aufsperrt, das Personal ist unfreundlich die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption völlig unfähig und überfordert von dem, was getan wird einmal und nie wieder eine reine Bilov Ware!!!
