RESIDENCE HOTEL

If you stay at this hotel, make sure you meet Mr. Mazlum before you leave. His knowledge of the city is truly impressive. He not only recommends the main attractions but also shares the best local restaurants, hidden gems, and the most enjoyable routes to explore. Thanks to his recommendations, our trip was much more enjoyable and unforgettable. His kindness, friendliness, hospitality, and professional attitude made us feel less like guests and more like we were being welcomed by a friend. He was always patient, answered all of our questions with genuine care, and was happy to help whenever we needed anything. What makes a hotel truly special is not only its rooms or location, but the people who work there. Mr. Mazlum is a perfect example of that. We sincerely thank him and the hotel management for providing such outstanding service. If we ever return, this hotel will definitely be our first choice again.

Stayed at the Ketenci residence hotel for 2 days(1 night) on 21st of June. The hotel is a 15 minute stroll from Izmir bazaar, the rooms might seem a bit small for some people and are very clean and tidy, for us it was perfect and the food was excellent and the staff very efficient and friendly. You must remember that you are in Turkey so the food will be mainly Turkish orientated but I am sure the chef would be able to rustle something up to your liking as nothing seems to be too much trouble for them.All in all we had an excellent time there even though it was only for 1 night.

This hotel is nice but needs a bit more cleaning . Like the bathroom wasn't in really good condition . Good breakfast but if u come later almost no food. I was there just 3 nights and i was all the time out so i was ok . Good position of hotel. Near to center. Wifi was really good!
