Cinci Han Hotel

It was a complete disappointment that this hotel was arranged by the tour company for our weekend night trip to Safranbolu.In November, the hotel did not burn calories.Once we entered the room, all the tour team complained to the hotel staff that the room was too cold because the calories did not burn.After a short time, they just passed us to the hotel and said that the calories would burn and the room would be warm, and the calories did not burn until morning.Everyone of us froze.For the first time in my life, I tried to wear upstairs jackets and coats and sleep.It was a terrible night.This hotel should never recommend Recommendation.The breakfast was also very obsessed.

We had a perfect vacation at a historic place. Everything is perfect if you''re looking for quiet and serenity in a historic venue, it''s definitely Recommendation for those who have previously had a negative review. The rooms are very clean and excellent with lots of staff

It is a business that fully deserves the bad comments made on all sites related to hotel management. The staff is so rude that they make you feel like a passerby to whom they give a stone soup, rather than a customer staying at the hotel. They are definitely not problem solving oriented. They don't value their customers at all. The cleaning service quality is quite bad. However, the ambiance of the place is absolutely beautiful as it is right in the middle of the market.
