Green Park Kartepe

Although there were alternative hotels, I made a reservation for half board, thinking that greenpak would be better. When we entered the room, one of the windows was not closing and it was freezing inside. Technical service came and fixed the problem. This time, the toilet was leaking heavily. The service took care of that too. When making the reservation, they said that dinner service hours are between 19:00 and 21:00. When I went down to eat at 20:00, they stated that many of the dishes were finished and that the meals could not be renewed. When there were a few families in the same situation as us, they reluctantly brought extra food. The food was tasteless and cold. When we returned to the room, the toilet was leaking excessively again and we requested service again. The fact that they put such a room into service without correcting the deficiencies shows that they do not value their customers very much. It's not a hotel I would ever recommend.

If you want to have a snow holiday, definitely stay away from Greenpark Kartepe, the hotel is old and poorly maintained, but more importantly, there is no service at the hotel. You feel this in your bones from the moment you first enter the hotel. Your luggage is not taken because the bellboy is on leave. At dinner and breakfast, teas and drinks can be taken in paper cups and as self-service. The radiators placed to heat the room are turned on and off according to their wishes, we could not manage to turn the radiator on every 4.5 hours. It's as if the employees exist not to serve, but just to be there with a sullen face. If you are dreaming of a snow holiday with your family, definitely stay away from Kartepe Greenpark hotel.

The hotel is very neglected, tired, there is no cleaning, when we entered the room, the smell and soil gave my wife and son allergies. Some of the employees were very attentive and helpful, some of them seemed to be working there out of necessity, everything was extra, the food was bad and stale, the plates were dirty, we had to leave on the 2nd day.
