My friend and I went on holiday for the 2023 birthday. Horrible. You want to go to the bathroom, we had a family room and could go with a reservation. Dining is a buffet on the first day, but the food is so bad that it doesn’t seem to be a meal. They said there’s a festive program and you’ll need to pay to participate. They were not charged later. There are not many hotels already available. And they have removed the buffet for the holiday due to the schedule. We sat down at the tables and the chicken soup and rice came before us. Just that and the sweet baklava will break your teeth. The pools and rooms are dirty. You''ll wait for the ladies to hit the pool, and you''ll exit the hotel and enter the pool in the garden. There are no staff already rightly organized and they seem to have given up on what they have. We booked two months before Christmas and our reservation wasn’t showing when we left. They signed in again. So let me tell you which one. The carelessness of the staff, the mess of the food, the mess of the hotel. Don’t go. I take so many vacations and it was the worst vacation I have had in my life. Let’s regret the hunger, the hotel dirt, or the lack of access to the pools. Don’t go....

We took a room from the apartment the first time we went and we could take it one night, and there was a heavy smell in the bathroom. The air conditioning didn't work badly, cold water didn't flow from the fountains, hot water, all you have to do. We walked over to the hotel the day after, and the hotel doesn’t have the same cold water. Food Manages Not too good nor bad. There are 5 slides in the aqua park, and they only run 2 of them. You cannot enter at the same time for bathing women and men. And very untouched. Some places have shutters with no lining. If you’re looking to get outside the hotel, there’s no attraction, but it’s just a tiny place, and you’ll be sorry to leave. You’re just strolling through the neighborhood streets. Forget the pre-2023 comments. The new owners have started a very nice business, the rooms are clean, the thermal pools are clean. I was afraid of the bad comments when I came, and I was sorry, but definitely don't pay attention to the old ones. The current situation is that everywhere is being renewed, the food is seriously delicious, you will want to eat it again even if you are full. The garden pools are incredibly beautiful, the foot pool is very clean and warm, and there are small family spot pools, which of course can be entered without the family. Especially the small pools in the garden are my recommendation. They say it's 40 degrees, but I think it's too much. When you enter, you feel like a lobster and then you never want to leave. The reception is different, especially Mustafa and the two female receptionists whose names I did not ask, they are incredibly helpful, family baths are paid, but when you inform them that you will spend 2 hours or more, the necessary beauty (discount) is provided. Tea and coffee are cheaper than they should be in a hotel. Open for lunch tomorrow, even though it is a hostel. You can't stay there, the soup treats are delicious, and when it comes to the outdoor area, Iman football field, walking areas, everything is simply worth your money. I will come again, there will definitely be problems, but with the beauty and attention given, small problems will become unnecessary details. When you report a problem, necessary corrections are made immediately. I recommend it thermally in terms of price and performance...
