Our room had a sea view, the noise level was almost zero, it was clean, the staff were friendly, the food was good, afternoon tea included cookies, unlimited drinks, cold water, fruit juices, and coffee (except Turkish coffee). The sea was beautiful, it gets deeper as you go further in. The rooms, bathrooms, sheets, and towels were very clean and hygienic.

A hotel that feels like home; It is a hotel that has adapted to the local economic climate. Meat and meat products are virtually non-existent; it has become a place vegetarians would love. They don't offer barbecue services, presumably so guests don't get cravings, though the grills and charcoal are sitting there ready. They prepare eggplant dishes of every variety. There is *kısır* (bulgur salad) and stuffed vine leaves every day—paired with cake, it makes for a perfect all-day meal for the ladies. When I first visited years ago, it felt like a geriatric center; now that the grandchildren have arrived, it has turned into a full-blown care facility. The reception staff looked weary and couldn't even manage a smile; they were busy attaching and cutting off wristbands upon arrival and departure—that was the one thing they did best. The sea was a victim of bad timing during our visit (no fault of the hotel); it was very dirty and full of trash. As for the staff—good, hardworking locals—they gave their all in that heat, considering their wages; honestly, without them, the place would be unbearable. That’s the reality of this holiday. I traveled with this company; I definitely do not recommend this tour operator—don't expect any kind of welcome at the hotel. The swimming pool is tiny; they’ve even placed bar stools right inside it, so you can enter the bar from the water, sip your drinks, and—while you're at it—tell the kids not to splash. They play pop songs from the 90s and 2000s, allowing you to play a little "guess the artist" game among yourselves. Don't expect any other entertainment. At 6:00 PM, the sunbeds automatically lock up, and your belongings get dumped in "convenient" spots—like on top of a beach umbrella or right onto the scorching sand—forcing you to rush out of the sea in a panic to track down your things. That certainly went down in our memories as yet another "delightful" entertainment activity. There is so much more to say about the hotel, but I won't go on since you probably wouldn't read it all anyway. It is definitely not a hotel that offers good value for money. I wouldn't stay there again, and I wouldn't recommend it. Oh, and one more thing! By the way, if you ask whether there was any good side to it at all—it was animal-friendly. A hotel where you can eat your meal alongside cats.

Every year, we stay at the Mediterranean Hotel in Susanoğlu. The food is delicious, the hotel is clean and the location is excellent. We think of Susanoğlu’s best quality hotel. The hotel manager is so warm and helpful with everything. We noticed a decrease in some small services this year (e.g. Turkish coffee service), but we were still very pleased overall.
